- AI procurement guidance. Supporting organizations selecting third-party AI systems by providing independent ethical assessment of vendor offerings

How we work
Advisory engagements are scoped to the specific need. Some clients engage us for a single intensive workshop; others for ongoing counsel over months or years. We are transparent about our methods, our reasoning, and our limits.
Where an engagement starts
Most advisory work begins with a scoping conversation. We ask what decision you are trying to make, what is at stake, and who will be affected by the outcome. From there, we agree on the questions the engagement should answer, the evidence it will draw on, and the form the advice should take.
Where a need is better served by one of our other practices — an independent ethics review or a development engagement — we say so, and scope the work accordingly.
